The Health Benefits Of Hemp in your lifestyle
Hemp is one of the more versatile members of the plant kingdom. The scientific world has taken its time to study it really carefully. Nutritionists have spent time with various researchers in proving the various health benefits of hemp. Whenever hemp is mentioned in a room, visions of illegal drugs and side effects dance in front of everyone’s eyes. While all health supplements are undergoing research and confirmation via each country’s food and drug bureau, there have been a few facts that Truly Hemp has discovered about this truly Amazing plant.
Raw foods are the best kind for your health, using hemp in the raw form will allow your body to absorb all the natural benefits the right way.
* Hemp Seeds. These words have become famous and it seems everyone refers to hemp seeds as hemp hearts. They are actually recognized to be high in fiber, protein, essential fatty acids and vitamins. So many of us eat twice the amount of saturated oil or fats that don’t help our bodies. A component in hemp is phytosteral (plant sterol). This sterol has been proven to decrease cholesterol levels as high as 13%.
* Hemp Oil. Farming hemp oil has always been a controversy because of the lawful implications worldwide but there is no denying that hemp oil delivers a punch when integrated into one’s daily routine. Enhancing one’s habit of food intake will not only improve health but will also prevent illness. The amount of omega fatty acids and omega three that have been proven as an effective anti-inflammatory helps those who suffer from rheumatoid arthritis.
* Nutrition Facts: Hemp has a large amount of fiber, and that lowers cholesterol in the body. But the optimum ratio of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids, Omega 3 and 6-hemp oil contains 19% linolenic (LNA) acids and 57% linoleic (LA). When added to one’s diet as a whole, this improves cholesterol profiles. This makes monitoring your cholesterol levels better by having it in your diet. Hemp is also known for helping lose weight naturally, since it helps reduce craving for foods with starches, sugars, stimulants, and saturated fats. You can still choose your favorite fruits and salads knowing that with hemp hearts other nutrients needed by your body will help promote good health. Hemp is well known for Vitamin E, phytochemicals that actually boost energy, and Vitamin B6 to improve your overall health.
Hemp Products: Truly Hemp is one of the companies that include hemp in hair-care products and food supplements as well as skin care (and have become an alternative source of personal hygiene for some people). Essential oils and the Vitamin E added to Truly Hemp’s skin-care line are part of a regular regimen for an estimated 20,000 users of Truly Hemp’s line of hair care, skin care and supplements.
The versatility of hemp products has been overlooked for quite some time now that people are only beginning to rediscover this remarkable plant and its true healthy natural healing and wellness properties. Hopefully, everyone realizes how helpful and beneficial hemp can be if everyone can start to including it in their daily habits or their daily health regime. Try it for 30 days, if you don’t notice a significant results then go back to what was working for you, but if you do let everyone around you know how much it worked for you.
Hemp & Skin Care
Hemp and Skin Care
Sept 14, 2012
Hemp is typically used as hemp seed oil when put into skin care products. The hemp plant, or Cannabis sativa, is different than the illegal Cannabis indica, which THC and actual marijuana come from. Hemp is from the same genus, but a different species. Hempseed oil does not have any THC or psychoactive ingredients. It is not banned by any government. The hempseed oil used in beauty aids and personal care products are classified as a fat/oil and filed under miscellaneous skin-conditioning agent. Truly Hemp skin care products are made with the finest in hempseed oil.
Linoleic Acid
Classified in the United States as an antioxidant, anti-irritant, and emollient, linoleic acid is used to moisturize and thicken some beauty products. It is an unsaturated fatty acid. Some research has shown that it can be an anti-inflammatory and used in cell regulation. This keeps the skin from showing bloat and puffiness, as well as keeping cells rejuvenated. The anti-irritant properties keep it gentle on the skin. Linoleic acid is frequently abbreviated as LA in many skin care products and research papers.
Linolenic Acid
The U.S. classifies linolenic acid as an emollient and antioxidant. It is a fatty acid that helps reduce inflammation and promotes healthy skin growth. It is used in personal care products and beauty products because of the rich moisture it can provide and because it can help aid in puffiness. This is frequently abbreviated as LNA in many of the beauty products that use hemp as well as the research behind it.
Amino Acids/Proteins
Amino acids help the skin because at their very foundation they are peptides. Peptides are proteins, too. Proteins work on the skin to help the cells, which can help keep skin even-toned and smooth. They are also very helpful in keeping skin less irritated and less sensitive to light. Amino acids are found naturally in the body, as well as proteins. This similarity helps lower the chance of reaction and gives it a more body-friendly make up.
Hempseed oil is used in many products, but more so in beauty and skin care products because of its rich emollient properties. It aids the skin in providing rich moisture that keeps skin looking revitalized and fresh, helping diminish fine lines and lowering the chance of photosensitive-induced age spots.

Why You should Ingest Marijuana
Why you should Ingest Marijuana, this is what Ganja Juice thinks
A Healthier Way to Medicate,
We have combined some of nature’s best herbal resources to create a powerful remedy based on the marijuana plant. This plant has been proven to improve the health and long-term prognosis for many patients from the severest cancer cases to the mildest MS sufferers. Its wide range of application to a variety of symptoms including nausea, pain, muscle spasm, neural disabilities from MS – the list is enormous. Research has already shown that huge strides can be made in treating many previously untreatable patients.
Patients with tremor for example have no real recourse to any other means of controlling what is often a whole-body shake. Marijuana can control this unpleasant eyeball shaking symptom of MS and other serious diseases. Cancer patients have long known the appetite and nausea problems associated with radiation therapy can be addressed through marijuana medication. All these, including HIV patients can get respite from chronic pain.
Medical Marijuana cannabis can change lives for the better.
Unfortunately, smoking marijuana is the most common method of self-administration of medical marijuana. Some patients, despite the known remedial effects of this great medication, cannot take it because they do not want to smoke or have a disease that may prevent smoking. Bed-ridden patients in hospital care will typically not be allowed to smoke anywhere on the premises.
Ganja Juice addresses the needs of all those who find medicinal marijuana benefits.
This subtle product comes in a concentrated liquid form and can be administered either by addition to many types of food and drinks, or simply taken straight from the bottle. It can also be safely added to lotions or topical creams where it is completely and safely absorbed through the skin.
Ganja Juice is the sensible alternative to smoking.
There are many benefits to this product in addition to
cutting out smoking. marijuana when smoked carries tar and carcinogens into the lungs just like tobacco, although it is not nearly as dangerous, as tobacco is treated with all kinds of toxic chemicals. Even though THC, the active ingredient in marijuana has been found to be anti-carcinogenic, lungs will still fill with tar and reduce capacity.
Ganja Juice can be used by almost any patient due to its easy administration.
Here are just some of the benefits of ingesting marijuana;
Dosage can be regulated much easier than by smoking.
No smells to get rid of, either in your home or on your clothes.
High grade marijuana plants are used to manufacture the product.
The high is more consistent rather than the sudden “rush” of a smoke, caused by de-oxygenation of the blood combined with a minor short term rise in blood pressure and the ensuing blood pressure rollercoaster takes effect from smoking marijuana. When eaten, the effects are reached more gently and maintain a steady plateau until re-dosing is required. This makes it a safer method of use for people with blood pressure issues.
Manufactured with Flax-seed oil which itself is a very healthy nutrient for your body for many reasons.
It can be mixed with faster or more slowly digested foods allowing users to regulate the length of time it is effective for.
During the day it’s easy to take regular doses, but at night a slower release method may be more appropriate. This prevents the dosing up at bedtime and heavy smoking routine and instead results in more consistent and improved quality of sleep.
It’s a very discrete; no-one needs to know you are using it as there is no smell and as it can be added to hand lotion for example, it is very innocuous indeed to use.
It contains only flaxseed oil and cannabis oil – both healthy for the body for many reasons
Small doses can have just as much beneficial effect as high dosing in many cases. This reduces the need to be high all day, whilst still enjoying the health benefit for those that prefer to stay lucid.
Eating marijuana has a longer lasting effect than smoking, (almost twice as long!) making it a more cost effective means of medication.
Marijuana has a nice taste and enhances the flavor of many foods.
So what will happen to me when I use this product?
Ganja Juice has a very similar effect to smoking marijuana. Depending on the dose, effects can vary from a barely noticeable relaxed feeling, to almost hallucinogenic states. Heavy doses are in no way harmful but are not for the uninitiated. In particular a low blood sugar combined with low blood pressure situation and a high dose of cannabis can cause an effect commonly referred to as a “whitey”.
“Whitey’s” are named after the facial color drain that often occurs when too much is taken at once. Usually though it’s the combined oxygen deprivation to the brain from smoking, combined with fluctuation in blood pressure also caused by smoking that causes this pallid or ghostly facial appearance. Color soon returns though and there is no danger other than the odd stumble for the unwary. Often a whitey is merely a pre-cursor to a sudden ravenous appetite or a relaxing snooze. Using Bud-Boosters or Pot-Shots there is much less of this effect being an issue, as it is the smoking part that causes the whitey effect mostly.
The body’s hunger response to low blood sugar is referred to by many users as “the munchies”. Cancer patients frequently take medicinal Marijuana for this appetite-inducing effect as well as its anti-emetic properties. Grueling radiation treatments make this remedy a godsend as it deals with both appetite and nausea simultaneously. No other drug or pharmaceutical combination does this successfully.
MS patients might notice a reduced tremor, reduced pain, muscle spasm release and amazingly can reduce overall disability due to any of the 2000+ known MS symptoms. It is still not really known how THC achieves these amazing benefits but they are all now documented by the medical profession.
The effect of ingested rather than smoked Marijuana take longer to be apparent, usually about an hour from ingestion, but lasts longer than smoked Marijuana, up to twice as long!
It is recommended that individuals new to cannabis should start with small doses and build up to what they think is the correct dose for them. A high initial dose although safe biologically, is not recommended.
How Much Do I Need To Take?
Usage Chart
This usage chart is designed based on consumption tolerance and weight. These figures may vary due to high tolerance levels of each user and body chemistry, so responses will vary by person and usage levels: As always with medication, starting on a lower dose is appropriate and then increasing slowly until the correct dosage is reached.
But for most users of average build and weight here’s a guide;
Men who Smoke and/or eat edibles at least twice a day:
>Bud-Booster 0.15-0.25 ml or 3-4 shots daily
or men who smoke and/or eat edibles once or less a day:
>Bud-Booster 0.05-0.10 ml or 1-2 shots daily
Women who smoke and/or eat edibles at least twice a day:
>Bud-Booster 0.10-0.20 ml or ~2 shots daily
or women who smoke and/or eat edibles once or less a day:
>Bud-Booster 0.05-0.10 ml or ~1 shot daily
Note: Ganja Juice is intended for personal consumption and not mass production of foodstuffs. Although it is a safe product, mass production of medicated foods need to be quality controlled to ensure consistency. This product is not aimed at that market.
Making up a bottle of salad dressing
Medicating for personal longer term use via the addition to a jar of salad dressing for example is perfectly acceptable means of self-dosing.
If you want to know how much booster or shots are needed to medicate a jar of salad dressing, estimate a serving, say 50 ml, and divide the whole bottle contents by the serving amount to get the number of servings (e.g. for a 500ml bottle, that’s 10 servings), then multiply up your determined single dose (e.g. 10 x 0.15ml doses=1.5ml). Measuring carefully, add the calculated amount to the dressing, and then shake it well to mix it properly.
Clear labeling or moving to a unique container is a good idea so that easily recognition of a medicated marijuana food product in the refrigerator will prevent accidental self-dosing by any unwitting fridge-goers.
Children can also be more easily taught not to touch those containers, rather than a store-bought salad dressing bottle.
Cooking and preparing with Ganja Juice
Ganja Juice can be used in a huge range of foodstuffs and edible produce. From cakes and cookies, meals, snacks, drinks both hot and cold, fried food, baked food, roasted food. In fact, the foods that are not suitable for use with Ganja Juice are probably easier to list!
There are many benefits to cooking with Ganja Juice:
It’s easy to add to nearly any recipe.
No rolling of joints required.
The usage is non-odorous making discretion very easy.
The dose frequency is reduced because the effects last longer.
The high is more stable, no roller-coaster feelings.
It tastes good!
It can be used in conjunction with any diet.
It can be stored at full potency for longer than Marijuana herb.
Try some of these great recipes!

Always make sure you don’t mix up more than you can use by checking the use-by dates on the ingredients you intend to utilize. This will help avoid wastage.
Do not continue to use products that are past their safe use-by dates. Pot-Shots and Bud-Boosters are not preservatives.
Storage
Bud-Boosters/Pot-Shots have a shelf life of 6 months unrefrigerated and one year when refrigerated.
Product should be always kept in a cool dark place when not being used, preferably in a refrigerator. THC, the active ingredient in cannabis degrades when heated or stored above 50oF.
As with all medicinal products, keep Ganja Juice away from children, and do not use while operating machinery or driving. Do not mix with alcohol.
Please consult physician if you intend to take other medications in combination with Ganja Juice.
Although not known for drug interaction, the use of medical cannabis may affect adversely the effectiveness of other medications. In particular, blood pressure medication.
Tolerances vary so please use product responsibly and safely, do not offer or give your medicine to others unless they have already taken advice from a health practitioner and confirmed its suitability.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source.
Nice skin care products!
I like your products – they are easy on skin, non oily and cheap!
There are many variations of passages of Lorem Ipsum available, but the majority have suffered alteration in some form, by injected humour, or randomised words which don’t look even slightly believable. If you are going to use a passage of Lorem Ipsum, you need to be sure there isn’t anything embarrassing hidden in the middle of text. All the Lorem Ipsum generators on the Internet tend to repeat predefined chunks as necessary, making this the first true generator on the Internet. It uses a dictionary of over 200 Latin words, combined with a handful of model sentence structures, to generate Lorem Ipsum which looks reasonable. The generated Lorem Ipsum is therefore always free from repetition, injected humour, or non-characteristic words etc.
